Looking at its history, it sold really fast on mp, meaning this is likely on the low side. Given that there is one currently for sale (listing is hidden, perhaps because Andrei can't trade right now), it is in fact likely well get more sales to compare to here. As such, I'd wait for that to happen before updating this
