Sales 1 @ 15.77 refs, and 1 @ 13.22 -> 15.77 is easily an outlier, also I'm not sure if I should take 13.22 as the high-end or 13.44 cuz of the sellers, so lemme know please, I'm still learning it.

You go with 13.22 until you see a sale at 13.44. For the time being, this is fine. Be prepared to resuggest should one of the classifieds sell.
