Ok so this is less than a 5% change. You have not provided any explanation why you think this should be an exception to that rule. There are not many data points either to make this seem that necessary.
It's a 4.1% change, which some might consider to be close enough given how low the price is and that the differences between 2.66 and 2.88 are presumed to be more meaningful than something like 8 changed to 8.11. With that said, I'll close this if you feel that that's the right way to go about this.
The price difference here is only 1 scrap tho. And yeah it's more meaningful than from 8 to 8.11, but still not really meaningful enough imo. So yeah I would close this.
