Sales at 20 and 28
Reason for excluding sale at 20:

"28 quicksold but the 20 dude had it for sale at 27 for a while (never lowered BO to 20,so he may have just sold to a buyer?)
It'd indicate that 20 is low but also that 28 flat'd be high.
With what we have here, I feel it's obvious enough that a drop is needed. I would go 28 flat here as a conservative alternative. 20 as a data point here is probably not a good idea, and using its BO (27) would indicate 27-28 is probably most appropriate (but then again we dont have an actual sale at 27). 28 flat incorporates the other sale and is supported by the (be it inactive) seller at 27 that has been there for a while before dumping it."
