That's not really weird for 100+ key hats. Not even for 50 key hats actually... Anyways, it got sold for 400 +/- today so, dropping it doesnt seem necessary.
BTW. i sold for 160 pretty quickly. and the sale 2 was a scrap.tf auction. wouldn't count that in a suggestion.
Auctions have been used before
Yea. I just don't normally see them being used. At the time, the auction was 100% item factor and my woolen warmer was still technically priced at around 300. that's the only reason I got it. I don't see it being that reliable for a price suggestion. not to mention the person who set up the auction was displeased with the items they got. possibly meaning they wouldn't have taken the offer if it were not for the auctions being easy to manipulate.
