Only 7 keys appear in the first sale. I'm almost certain that the sale is missing more contents however, so I reckon it would be better to exclude it.

Also, Sale 3 would be closer to 12 keys, given the 10 ref being added with the lucky shot, and the lucky shot mini being closer to ~11.5 keys.
