Unsold at 60 is still there. I would rather leave this outdated, as the raise is not needed.

Could you explain that further? To me it just seems like I'd much rather have an updated price than an outdated one especially considering the raise is very minimal.

Makes no sense to give this a raise when it clearly can't sell for current price. It's an indication that the Chullo sale is too high (or was B/O capped), in which case it's better to leave this outdated and wait for more sales.
