why would 8 keys be a QS? buyers are only up to ~7.3 keys.
There were buy orders at - 7.5 keys at the time. And considering bubbling and similar tiered effects were going for 10 keys I don't think its in the realms of madness to assume 8 keys is a quicksell on a this hat.
since this is being used to price the O.F Fat man's cap it cant be used here. So this should just be 9 flat.

Gotta take keys at the time of sale from MP, they were 1.89 looking here - https://manic.tf/keyprice/?at=2018-08-26 so the sale is - 10.5 Keys.round up to 11. so this should be re-sugged at 9-11

ehh maybe, id be ok with 9-11 or 9 flat, either way this needs to be re-suggested.
