So with one sale at 26, and buyer dropping down to 22 keys, what do you recommend?
welll since you have the orignal sale above at 25 and a new one at 25. Maybe it isnt as low as we think. That MP seller has been up for a bit now, so 25-26 is best to roll with for now and if the MP seller sells we add it to the high end.
