The one at 70 keys was listed on the deals page a few weeks/months back as well since I myself also considered buying it for 70 but ended up passing. The fact that it resold for 80 rather easily also shows that 70 is low (and that cache shows how it sold quickly). All in all, 80 flat seems ok.
