Sale 1 is super old at this point. So really only 1 sale at 11, still have a buyer at it as well.

So since we have that sale for 14 above in my comment that only took about a day or so, im more inclined to cut off the low-end sales like 10 and 11. Also I cant find the history for the MP sale at 12, so idk how long it took, again with the sale for 14 moving under a day im more inclined to exclude it.

14-16 or 14 flat would prolly be best here. I say either cause you could make the case with 3 sellers for 16, 1 being at a month that maybe including 16 could be a bit high, but the sale is for 16 and not above so it isnt the worst to include. Either way im fine with either the range or 14 flat.
