Trying out bot.tf for unusual suggestions. Don't know how this will go, but they line up with the classifieds so it's hopefully fine.

1x 10 key + 20 ref, or 10.56 keys, rounded to 10.55.
1x 9 key + 14.33 ref, or 9.4 keys.
Low end took place on Sep 7: https://backpack.tf/item/2698167348

Rounding 10.55 and 9.4 to 11 and 9, respectively. It's just too close to the 10 key mark for me to disregard the "for all unusuals above 10 keys, please round to the nearest whole key" rule. And it looks nicer. It also means the buyer paying more than the low end doesn't actually matter, as they got rounded down to 9 keys too.
10 key 20 ref:

9 keys 14.33 ref:

Only four keys come up in the compare: https://gyazo.com/a45f1d2d30ef5a6bff5bf550e227defe
BUT... We've got two more 9 key ~14 ref sales to get our low end:

Big thanks to Breezze for supplying it.
with 9 buying lower than buyers I wouldnt be in favor of using them here. 11 flat prolly best here
9.4 rounds to 9, so it's not right to go 11 flat.
Actually let me cut in a bit here, wouldn't 9.5-11 be more appropiate here?
I get what you're doing; rounding off both ends of the range -- 9.5 to 9, 10.5 to 11, but 9 is simply going to be too low for this, and this isn't a scenario where "low end is low, high end is high, median works" either.
I'm personally fine with giving the range a little bit of leeway, I can accept either 9.5-11 or 11 flat for this, but 9 is going to be too low to include. I'll leave this decision to you.
Well seeing as we are completely disregarding the rule that says anything above a median of 10 keys should be rounded to the nearest key, I'll resuggest this at 9.5-11.
