Sale 2:
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198126543665#!/compare/1535587200/1537056000
Sold for 9 keys pure as a quicksell.
Despite this, there are quickbuys at 9.06. Due to this, I consider this an outlier, as it was 28 days ago and may not accurately reflect the price of this hat.
Observation: Two sellers at 10.62 and 10.64. These have sat for two weeks.
Pricing at 10 keys just due to the fact that it sold for less than 10.5.

A bunch more sales there you might wanna look at
First link I used.
Second link was purchased on the steam community market, but due to a two-day timestamp period in the compare tool, I cannot determine which sale it was.
Third link was a scammed item.
Fourth link I used.
Fifth link, could not track down correct items. Untradable keys were somehow involved in the trade.
There are multiple valid sales in each link.
The first link alone has 4 valid sales, 2 more sales than this suggestion.
Seller for 3 weeks at 11 - https://i.imgur.com/mMbz4ZR.png - and buyers at 9.
10 flat seems to be the best for now, accepting.
