Smoking is a good effect and most hats with it are around 15 key. But since this is a Heavy hat it should balance to around 7 to 9 keys in my opinion. Also Bp.tf says that there is 6 in existence. Here is proof. https://backpack.tf/stats/Unusual/Fat%20Man's%20Field%20Cap/Tradable/Craftable/35
