Only one sale; for 27

DBD Slouch wasnt included.
27 flat.
This seems low with a buyer at 25
Buyer was listed 15 days ago; sale is from august. Id exclude the buyer since its relatively new.
I would buy this for 27 anyday tho feel like this will stay open for a month to see if other sales happen
Still doesn't invalidate the sale; we'll see though.
Quicksold by me.
2 day buyer at 27, 16 hour buyer at 30 plus sprekt just admitted it was a qs. close.
1. As i said to clyde; regardless of what buyers are at currently the sale is still valid unless you can prove there were buyers at or above 27 at the time of the sale
2. Someone saying it was a qs =/= it being a qs.
So no, unless a mod says so or someone with actually credible proof comes forward; its staying open.
Yeah, I'm def lying. Had it listed for between 40-80 for ages without luck and then decided to quicksell it to my friend to buy a strange gunslinger.
Never said you were lying. My comment was simply stating that because you said it was a qs doesnt automatically mean it was a qs and thus invalidated, esp because you bought in june and sold in august, theres nothing "quick" about that. Your price may have been low but thats up to the mods to decide since there are no other sales.
Flawless logic, can't argue against that.
In situations like these I'm generally not opposed; the comment in which this was dismissed as qs also states it failed to sell between 80 and 40 for ages (presumably lowered on the way). If one lowers their price incrementally until something sells and it actually sells fast once it's lowered for the last time, one could argue that value is a QS, but at the same time it can be argued that the seller was just lowering their price until they reached a viable pure selling price. In most cases, the latter is actually more likely to resemble the truth.
Not saying this can't be perceived as low, but the degree to which this is dismissed as unrealistic kind of eludes me - I mean if something's logically worth 100 and is suggested at 27 I can understand why everyone'd fall over it, but looking at the facts here I see no such indications other than people making buy orders afterwards. Even if this is on the low side, it's still a better indication than the current listing at 60 (unsold for 3 months) as it is evident it didn't manage to get 40 for a long time.
Should it turn out that this is in fact too low, then this can be fixed once it sells again. Until then, I'm fine with this suggestion reflecting its only recent sale.
