Considering buyers at 16 I'll exclude it as a quicksell. The 17 and 18 key sales are common trading points, making 21 keys look like an outlier, adding to the fact it was a Marketplace.tf sale and a clean one sitting at 21 for almost 3 weeks.

17-18 keys is a usable range for now.
