Well why are we excluding 14 then? Two sales at that provided by me.

Both those sales are outdated, as I use sales within 2 months!

The rules allow three month old sales, and seeing as they coincide with your 14.5 sale, it's not right to exclude them.

Exceptions: For very rare hats, if there have only been 1-2 sales in the last 3 months, a trade up to 3 months old is okay to use as proof to establish more data points. Keep in mind, new sales should take precedence over older ones.

I don't believe that this hat falls under the exception that is made.

2 months is a general recommendation, most applicable on super low tier hats that sell a lot and (of course) taunts. With the high volume of sales in the 14-14.5 range, I think 14 should be included.
