This is the right one to suggest on but it's bugged so I'll leave it as it is for now
Bought 3 for 3 keys and 36 refined (1 key and 12 refined each, ~1.3 keys):

Bot.tf stats:
https://imgur.com/a/oPKeH2M
Using sales from the past week:
30 sales at 1 key and 12 refined (~1.3 keys)
20 sales at 1 key and 4.33 refined (~1.1 keys)
10 sales at 1 key and 4.44 refined (~1.1 keys)
Buyer at 1 key 5 ref counters 4.44 and 4.33 ref sales.
rounds down to 1.1 keys because it's 1.13 keys
1.13 is closer to 1.15
He’s trying to avoid going to the hundredths place.
1.15 - 1.3 keys would be an ugly range
and 1.13 doesn't round up to 1.15, it rounds down to 1.1 keys for rounding down to the nearest decimal place
That's ok I guess, I mean, yeah, I can agree 1.225 keys is really ugly (~1.22 actually, how much bp.tf shows it would be)
Why does this have an unusual effect
I think you ended up on the wrong stats page somehow, fisk didn't have this same issue - https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5bdcc4d344325a639645885a
