If you want to price hat A using a sale for hat B, and hat B is outdated (backpack price is more than 3 months old), you will need to provide recent sales to support the value you are using for hat B, that's a mini-suggestion (another suggestion inside the main suggestion). What you did with the Terror-Watt Tyrant's and the Aviator Assassin is just that.

Problem here is that a) you can't have a range with a single sale (and no sell listings as the low-end), and b) there are more recent sales:
