The suggestion is based on the actual Backpack.tf market, filled with a lot of bots whos lowest buying end is @13.22 (with very few exception that confirm the rise) and highest selling end is @13.33.

I would appreciate if someone can provide me a screenshot with Bot.tf sales (btw, most of Bot.tf "bots" are here on Backpack.tf and you can see yourself the actual price).
