There doesn't seem to be much that supports this being a QS other than time.
Thats exactly what a quicksell is by definition, no need to drop based off a sale that took 10 minutes

Time isn't the only factor, though. I won't say that time isn't a big point for it, but I'd argue 16 is closer to an updated price then 29 keys.
Its a fairly decent discount (even tho the hat kinda sucks), and it took such a short time, i dont see any indications this was just luck and not a quicksell? If there were past buyouts showing it struggled to sell for discounted prices i could understand, but this just feels too low
