Let's see if I know what I'm doing yet.
3 Sold on Marketplace.tf for $24, $22, and $27.90. (+1 at $16, which I'm considering a quicksell):
https://marketplace.tf/items/30912;5;u11/TF%20Logo%20Commando%20Elite
Average sale at ~$24.63
Keys at $1.80 USD; 24.63/1.8 = 13.68
Its better to look at all 3 sales rather than taking an average.
$22 / $1.85 = 11.89 keys
$27.9 / $1.81 = 15.41 keys
$16 / $1.8 = 8.89 keys
The $24 sale is too long ago to be used.
Theres an unsold at 15 keys for 2 months so you might want to exclude the 15.41 keys sale.
9-12 keys might work as a range
Thanks for the tip, we'll see how this suggestion goes and I'll use your method in the future.
But just to be clear, when exactly is a sale "too old" to be used?
Generally, 3 months+ is considered outdated
the 16 usd sale is mine , i quickbought it through my buy order !
This is why didn't include it in the price range, I figured a quicksell wouldn't be an accurate indicator of an items price.
ok so im not sure how your getting your range here, gonna list the sales
MP
22$, keys were 1.85$ at time of sale = 11.8 Keys, round to 12
27.9$, keys were 1.81$ at time of sale = 15.4 Keys, round to 15
16$, keys were 1.80$ at time of sale = 8.8 Keys, round to 9.
All key values taken from here - https://marketplace.tf/items/5021;6/Mann%20Co.%20Supply%20Crate%20Key
So here's the deal, you have 1 sale thats higher than 2 month old sellers. So 15 is out. You have the sale at 9, which is 1 key off buyers, chances are its on the low side.
So these are your options at this point, you either leave this unpriced and wait for more sales, or go with 12 keys flat. Up to you.
been 2 days since my comment, feel free to re-suggest if you choose to as per my comment.
