267 is low, buyers at the time paid more. 800+ is clearly an outlier, buyer is reselling for half of that, so excluding

That leaves us with 267, 300, 342, 359, and 400+ (no minis for some). I feel that despite foamy's objections to 359 due to 1 sale being 400+, theres just such an abundance of sales at below that that they can't just be ignored. 342 did sell to a buy order so ill exclude that, and 300 sold in a day, but taking 359 for now.
