Why wouldn't you do 2.15-2.2? Any sales under 2.15 are countered by buyers anyway.

About half the sales are below 2.15. I don't think we can ignore that.

Perhaps, but the most recent sales on bot.tf are 2.13 or higher, suggesting that the market is changing towards 2.15 and above, and neglecting buyers isn't the best solution.
