Worth noting that the buyer for 52 dumped like a week later for 38

Yeah, I wasn't sure so I thought about leaving it up for a bit, see what happens. It's still a data point afterall and the dates are wide enough to imply the buyer wanted to pay 52. If they quicksold it to a quickbuyer then I'd understand.

honestly im fine with the drop here is as. Sellers are down to 52 anyways at this point. So 52 as a conservative drop here is fine, accepting.
