53 quicksold and seems low looking at buyers, 2nd sale is untrace so i have to go with 75k

Yes, the hat you're pricing has to be 50% or more of the trade value, and 75/175 isn't 50% or more

Paying mostly pure is the closest to accurate pricing you can get on the added hat (with conditions on hat bought being in-date and having a buyout)

If the bulk sale is for pure and there are B/Os for each hat involved, then yes, that sale can be used to price each hat. For example, someone paying 100 keys pure for three hats, and the B/Os for each were 50, 30 and 20. In this case pure was added with one unusual for another unusual.

This sale can't be used for the Scopers.
