Couple sellers on classifieds for 10.77, some have some useless paints on them. Sales for 10.77 don't happen much so I won't make it the high end, but right now it's pretty reliably easy to get 10.66 for your Genuine Tyrant's Helm.
I don't really see that as a valid reason for excluding 10.77, it's still a data point and sales at 10.77 are bound to happen because that's the common selling price now. 10.66 - 10.77 fits the current market to a T which is what a price suggestion is designed to do
