43.25/1.66=~26 keys
The sales is outdated and where is the range coming from?
... this has nothing to do with price manipulation most likely, he's just new to suggesitons. stop making foolish accusations.
for you, black, i suggest you take a look at https://backpack.tf/help/suggestions to get more insight on how to perfect your suggestion.
The sale is Oct 30, not outdated in the least.
The range is pulled from the assumption that a decimal number is to be taken as a range, since 26 would be the average, hence, ~26 keys. This isn't accurate, as the price of keys was 1.79, making it 24.16 keys.
Not price manipulation, just a misunderstanding as to how this works.
However, this sale is a clear outlier or would need to be ranged with the 6 month unsold in classifieds:

This needs to be ranged at 18 - 24 keys, or closed outright.
sale is clearly an outlier given that there is a seller at 18 keys for 6 months in classies and you yourself are selling this for 19.
closing.
