That seller we saw earlier indicates a raise may not be completely called for. His sale may not be directly usable (Sold with another vivid misc for 230 keys: https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197970361626#!/compare/1542412800/1544227200 ), but that seems to be significantly lower.
I think it is best to see if we can get more sales on this before updating it.
