As I mentioned here this should be 120 keys. The B/O (sell order) of the seller was 120 keys. Since the total value of the trade was above 120 keys (no mini necessary here), it'll have to cap at 120 keys.
The reason for the B/O cap is that we're after the pure (key) price. By B/O capping you take the overpay into account and you end up with a final value that reflects the amount of pure keys this item could receive more accurately.
So once again, this should be 120 keys.
