None of the other sales are usable, but the Attendant sale seems supportive somewhat.

You can do this by installing a browser extension which counts the amount of keys traded, or access your trade history and zooming out to fit all the keys.
What's the extension called?
I believe Steam Inventory helper can count the amount of keys in a trade offer, but the trade offer is probably not appearing anymore, so you should instead check your trading history in steam, find the trade, and take a screenshot from that
Yeah I was trying to zoom out earlier like you suggested, but the furthest I can zoom out on Chrome still doesn’t show all the keys from the trade. I was contemplating taking two pictures and pasting them into one image, but I didn’t want to make it look like I was modifying the amount in any way.
