Low, excluding

62 keys + Sinister Haunted Crones (4, got a PC on this)

First sale is pretty low, and considering it resold for higher makes it excludable, taking 66 flat!

b/o 60 keys is something to watch;

Looks like a pure bid on it, if he sells it at that ill resuggest in a range.

Bought for 61 keys and 1 ref.

I guess that supports that sale 1 is an outlier. I'd make this 61-66 then with the new sale included.
