Couldn't see any other recent sales of other hats; I recently traded a Haunted Ghosts Hetman's Headpiece (that I had listed for 18) for it and a Zoomin' Broom here:

(This is my first price suggestion - after reading the forum threads I could find, this seemed to be a good idea for a price that was over a year old. If I've missed some instruction or detail please let me know in the comments or directly so I can get better at these!)

This will likely stay open for a while to wait for more sales. 1 sale usually is not enough to price unusuals, especially low tiers.

If you can make a mini for the headpiece, you can use that as a second sale.

I've found a bot.tf sale at 14 keys, but you can't just take that without providing compare links of the sale, because bot.tf only shows the b/o of a sold item.
