45 key buyer dumped it on scrap.tf for much less than that. You should ignore both 26 and 45, and go with 35 flat here.
The thing was, he was collecting. He had kept it for a while, and its only now that when i checked for the suggestion he dumped to scrap.
Well, he "collected" it for like 3 weeks then resold for (almost certainly less than) half what he paid. Collector sales are outliers in many cases, so better ignore them here.
