I'm closing this since it's unclear to me whether the previous sale matters and if so how to correctly factor it in. If anyone else would like to resuggest and use my screenshot, feel free.

The unusual is unpriced though, as is the dead ringer. Is there a way to properly account for that? I'll close this if there's a better way to work that sale into the price.

I thought a direct sale for pure would be the best representation of value.

It's 50% of the sale and the dead ringer can be priced. I'd say use that sale on the unusual, and no on this. Keep open.
