As you probably know, you need sales to price stuff (or B/O drop). If there is no sale @36.11 it shouldn't be included.
I have to disagree with you there.
In a hypothetical, if there are pages of (auto)buyers over the prices sold at, even if there are no sales, it shows it is worth that much, as people are willing and ready to spend it.
Here is an example of my suggestion that was accepted with NO sales. People were willing to spend 1.2 keys for this item priced at 7 ref, and while no one actually sold it, it is worth those 1.2 keys. You should probably know this considering you upvoted it.

If the one buyer was new, then maybe. But this has been up for 2 days, so if anyone wanted to sell it for 36.11 they could have.
just wanted to point out to both of you, you can pretty much create two sales at 36.11 by buying one from a bot at 36.11 and selling to another bot at 36.11
