peak seems to have be closed and re-suggested at much lower? not 100% sure on that sugg, either way 146 flat prolly isnt right.
Sometimes you get lucky and find your buyer in a day. A single sale in a day at 95 pure does not necessarily invalidate any other possible sale. First sale looks like it took a while...
Regardless of how you want to argue the matter, peak has a new suggestion at 109, so using 146 based on a closed suggestion won't work, unfortunately.
