I think the evidence for the low end is already strong, but at the same time it can't be denied that it's going to be too low on it's own. A wide range is going to be what we need. Let's make 15 an outlier to shorten the range a bit, as it's on the older side anyways.

16-25 should be the range for this, resuggest at that.
