With a page of buyers upward of 13.65, 14 is probably too low. I would keep an eye on the 15.45 seller, as 15 might need to be included in the range if it is unsold for much longer, as well as if it sells for that price.
the sales at 13 and below support 14 being valid; and 15 is already included but if the 15.45 sells for anything above he'll be capped at 16 which is also included in the range. Time of unsold also has no bearing because of the 3x 16 and 2x 17 sales, unless it goes unsold for multiple months it wont counter this many sales. (and by then this will either be accepted or closed)
