ok imma explain something for you that was already explained once but it seems you need understand it still.
If an item sold for something, it cannot get priced for anything besides that it sold for unless in very specific situations, so here, it sold for hats and items that would = 28 keys.
Your idea of this being priced at 38 does not come from anywhere so its invalid. Also if there are multiple sellers below a possible sale, example here, you saying 38, and there are 3 sellers below 38 - https://i.imgur.com/1feB6jz.png . Then it can be considered an outlier.
So the suggestor updating this has nothing to do with personal gain, he is providing the sales and minis needed to update this hat. Hope you understand this better now.
