I know for a fact it was not a trade back due to horror brokering the kabuto lel, and imo should not be used on the elite since it is worth around 50% the whole value of the trade and would be considered bulky

I think he means that the commando was traded back and forth between the same users.

That said, the commando doesn't really have proper sales to use here.

Im not really opposed to using just this sale actually, especially since it seems the commando sale could actually be relatively close here.
