I'd suggest taking 10-20.
The GE question adds a new lower data point here - I'm not so sure Id want to rely on only the highest two sales with that in mind.
with buyers up to 47, would it be necessary to wait for more sales, or stay as is?
Not a mass buyer (just one person that wants one). Regular buyers start at 31; data points here would be 39, 46 [47 in case he actually gets one], 59, 63.
Since 39 seems to have sold fast I guess Im not opposed to 46-63 (or 45-65 if you really want to round)
