Sales like that are commonly not used because we have no proper insight in how much those sell for. If there'd have been a confirmation, the sale could've been used as a mini imo.

If the scoper was part of the sale (confirmation of that by means of a screenshot would be neat :P) then the rationale to exclude 53 gets kinda lost, and as such I'd give this the range.

What about the trophy belt?

Even if they don't all have minis, the logic of excluding it (but more importantly the 53 sale) is not really supported anymore. At current, that sale ends up around 53 too. Even if the hats end up being slightly lower, the value deficit here isn't that large, so its not thát unlogical of a downgrade (like it would've been if he bought for 53 pure and resold instantly for 40 pure, or if he would've sold it for hats with a current value around or under 40, where it would be likely that they still require a drop).

42-53 works here
