Sold on Marketplace for $74.99 = 45.5 keys

Sold on SCM for $79.09 = 38 keys

Two sellers on marketplace for ~45 keys, so I think it's feasible to exclude the 38 key sale considering it is over a month old.

The classified seller for 43 keys is the same seller for ~45 keys on Marketplace at $74.99, so the difference is nothing more than backpack.tf-marketplace.tf conversions and whatnot.

I do not see why 38 shouldn't be in the range here.

The mp sale should be capped at its BO of 43, and this should be 38-43 (barring any potential new sales).
