Whoopee had a b/o of 100 keys, therefore taking Fed to be 80 keys in this case.

2 recent sales between 75-80 keys, taking this to be the range.

Can confirm the b/o, bought the Whoopee Cap for 150 (second sale listed here) and later made a listing for it with a b/o of 100 keys.

Thank you for the additional proof. It's clear that the current range is more accurate but verging on the lower end. Would love to use those sales but it's more appropriate to use the more recent ones.
