Sold on November 1 for $141.16 = 60.8 keys, rounding to 60

Not much point pricing this based of a SCM sale as Backpack.tf already prices it based off the SCM.

At the time I'd have agreed with you, given two other sales within a similar time frame at different values. However, a new sale that happened backs up 60 as data point, and with the two most recent sales being significantly more than the average from the past sales, I'm fine accepting this, where I view this as an update compared to ~sept/okt.

In general, I'm fine with it if the price SCM price displayed is lower even though it is evident that its recent value is higher (though again, at the time you made this comment, you raised a valid concern; if the new sale hadn't happened I'd have closed this).
