I believe the price of this item should be 34 to 35 keys. Because the item has a nice looking effect, the hat looks nice. And other suggestions for a Cloud 9 Frag Proof Fragger have an average of 35 keys. It was sold to me by a trusted user "COOL AIDS MAN | S> 2 Unusuals" for 35 keys.
