Notsosure about excluding 170 but keeping 100 here. Only argument for that I can think of is the young seller at 140 (if he remains unsold for long), that really only adds a data point at 140. We'll be monitoring the seller.

One 100 sale was someone dumping it to buy a pan (mentioning just in case). The other one seems to be silly overpay for that bonk. More recent sales I found on that are slightly lower, so that may just be an outlier on the bonk.

You can wait for me to sell it, but with this price suggestion open it won't sell for more than 120 keys unless someone doesn't see it. People will price it at that it until it's open. Only a few people actually read what the suggestion says.
