This was for a different suggestion ( https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5c1f243acf6c750e7f3a1924 ) but mods say "for non-unusuals i highly prefer avoiding marketplace as much as possible

I understand that, though I find it odd that I can sell 2 ref on marketplace right now and get the item if I wanted to, but not have it included in the price.

Too much proof of 3 refined being an outlier here. From sellers at 0.22, to this being available for a mere $0.04 on marketplace.

Whether this needs a raise or not is for debate, but 3 ref is not the price for this.
