Sales are what matter. Punk's pomp sold for that much, valid sale, no buy orders for higher to counter. Same case with this, no buy orders on the strange one for higher. Valid sale.

There was a buy order for more than 500 keys for that lucky cat hat, so dont come here to justify this unaccurate "sale"

It's if there was a buyer higher prior to the trade that this would be invalid, him having that b/o isn't anything to make a suggestion invalid. As a suggestion, this will stay up for probably the max time as mods will be seeing if it sells again, and if not this'll probably get accepted. Whether or not the buyer does plenty of morally questionable *cough* I mean gets some good deals.

Must be me knowing how suggestions don't work that I got 8 out of 8 suggestions I made, accepted. Also I am simply reporting a sale, as I said, we all know strange versions of godtier hats are worth less than what the non-strange variants are worth.
